Oh that's right, I'd completely forgotten to add that, even tho people've
been suggesting it for ages.
Admittedly, if the tree provided had invalid structure (like nested forms,
etc.) then this would produce XML that would be invalid against the XHTML
spec. But at least it would be well formed.
