This should probably be reported to Activestate via one of their
mailing lists or their bug tracking web site. However, it has already
been reported a number of times, since (to my knowledge) May. It
appears to be a problem with their SOAP server, but no sign of a fix
yet. To get an idea of what modules are available, take a look at
http://www.activestate.com/PPMPackages/5.6. You shouldn't have any
trouble with the install.
