[aside: I wonder how many times people will reinvent the spider. maybe
this is one of those tasks like text templater that everyone always
thinks has not been done so they must do it themselves.]
Anyway, besides all my column versions (at
<http://www.stonehenge.com/merlyn/WebTechniques/> and nearby) there's
also the WWW::Robot in the CPAN (which I've used for a column or two)
and I now see WWW::SimpleRobot (which I've not even installed yet).
Please, please PLEASE do not write your own robot/spider. We've got
enough of those!
