Hi:
I have been trying to compile MIME-Base64-2.12 and HTML-Parser-3.25 in a
Solaris 8 1/01 OS and using gcc. Some of the modules that I
need will compile correctly like URI-1.12, but MIME and HTML-Parser are giving me
fits. For example HTML::Parser,
perl Makefile.PL
will create the makefile
make
I start having problems, with the file perlsvars.h and other files;
which creates these errors, I get invalid tokens, undefined or not a
type: PL_, Syntax error before or at: Gcurinterp.
I'm hoping you have seen these errors before and tell me what have I been doing wrong.
My perl version is 5.00503, and my gcc is 2.95.3. Thanks
