execute script from one server to another with SSI?

can I execute some script that generate some HTML code from one
server (http://www.someserver.com/cgi-bin/script.pl) to another with
SSI (<!--#exec cgi="http://www.someserver.com/cgi-bin/script.pl"-->)?

Is it possible?
