There _was_ a version in libwww 5.22, and libwww 5.64 was more recent than HTML-Format-1.23 but didn't appear to have the modules; I couldn't get to libwww 5.22 through the link I was given, so the pointers all seems to be out of kilter. I did download HTML-Format-1.23 but couldn't figure out why the page seemed to be telling me I ought to be able to find what I wanted as part of LibWWW. It's too bad these things aren't all in the libwww bundle.
