[Plese keep CC, I'm not in list]

After upgrading from 5.6.1 to 5.8 under w2k/Cygwin, the libwww
does not build. Suring the build, I kept Apache 1.3 running
    on my workstation.

Any help how to debug this is appreciated. I ran the robot/ua.t
by hand - results below (I added some more output)

P.S may I suggest that the verbose printing could be made available
through --verbose while running the TEST perl file?

    Jari
