Nope--need new conclusion (assumption). The "actual" directory structure of
the remote site does not need to have any relation to the web site URI's.
The server doesn't tell the client whether any URI element is a directory or
file because the client doesn't need to know. If it looks like a directory,
it should be treated as one regardless of how the server actually interprets
it, as in the case of PATH_INFO.
