Ahh, that reminds me - I never got those benchmarks up on the website! Sorry about that, I'll get to it shortly. I wonder if you'd mind running those benchmarks against the new DEV_0_4 branch, just to get a performance metric with the changes so far. Probably there's going to be a drop during development but I think we can work toward comparable performance for the 0.4.0 release.
