Hi Paul, The file ought not be a .so actually, it's just named libxml_so. {dlext} (note the underscore) to differentiate it from the ruby file libxml.rb. I guess we should change the name to avoid confusion. Maybe libxmlc. Since I don't have a Mac, would you mind working with me to resolve this issue?
