[libxml-devel] And onto libxml-ruby 0.7.0

Ok, I've just pushed up a 0.7.0 libxml release. I thought about calling it 0.6.1, but there were both API changes (attributes) and a fair number of internal changes, so I went with 0.7.0.

Changes:



* Fixed XML::Attr to better support namespaces

* Added documentation on how to use namespaces with XPath



* Cleaned up tests and added new test suite

* Updated rdocs and README file

* Cleaned out most of the bug list

* Fixed up eql? test

I also marked this release as stable - at this point I think the library is in good shape. So please download it and give it a spin. * Added new attributes class to provide a more natural way of working with attributes * Removed allocation of extraneous structures used to wrap nodes, namespaces and attributes
