[libxml-devel] Proposed libxml 0.7.1 release

Hi everyone,

I propose that we push out a 0.7.1 release that fixes the following bugs:

* Fix bug in accessing attribute results for an xpath expression



* Fixes to setup.rb so it correctly works



* Fix tests to use absolute paths

* Moved error handling to Ruby for more flexibility

* Add backwards compatibility code for accessing node.properties (you should now use node.attributes) * Fix file handling issues caused by opening multiple XML::Document instances The first three bugs are particularly nasty, and thus my eagerness to push out another update.
