3dfx license

[Bruce Perens]

Did you guys see the license that 3dfx applied to their software? It looks like
a deliberate attempt at GPL compatibility without the "partnership" (what some
people call "viral") aspect of the GPL for separate products. It seems to
address Fred's criticism of the LGPL effectively.
