Dear Gabe, Dennis, John, Frank,

Thanks a lot for the info about OpenContent and OSWG. In fact, I'm not so much of a 
software guy, and I think these were exactly the people I was looking for.

However, I'm a bit reluctant about OpenContent, particularly when a publisher can 
block other paper publications, but I think I better discuss this over there.
