Me again, The second question I have is: By releasing Flatland Rover to open source under MPL we enable people to use the patent rights that we have. It is unclear to me the extent to which we are giving over use of these patent rights. Under MPL are we saying: 1. that the patent rights only extend for use with the source code that is given out OR 2. that the patents could be applied to any other code base that has nothing to do with the code we released? (for instance, someone could write a 3DML player in Java even though we did not release Java source - the patents we have cover core parts of the 3DML architecture) Thanks again for any help, Michael
