Correct. But since everyone is free to distribute the work at a cost of $0,
market forces will tend to drive down the price; if not to $0 (after all,
Red Hat and the FSF sell a respectable number of CDs), nevertheless, there
will tend to be CheapBytes-style outlets for it.
