The Vovida Software License has been certified as an OSI-Approved Open
Source license, and added to the list of approved licenses at
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/.  Thanks go to Vovida for pursuing the
reuse of an existing license, adding minor modifications, instead of
writing a new license from scratch.
