Hi,

Some of the EDA companies have started to release
open-source software under licenses they say would
be recognised generally as being open-source. Could anyone
give an opinion on two of them:

http://www.systemc.org/new_registration.html
http://www.verificationlib.org/gui/content_02.html

(these are licenses which began by being similar to the Sun 'community
source' model and have since moved towards the OSI
definition. Would they be likely to be acceptable to the OSI?)

Thanks
Graham
