The GPL is more relaxed than a Mozilla type license? What exactly do you mean by "relaxed?" Or is your Mozilla type license not really Mozilla like? I usually classify licenses as strong copyleft (strict), weak copyleft (somewhat relaxed), and unrestricted (very relaxed).
