Darn. I garbled. Delete the "don't". The terms of the GPL require you to give source code to the person to whom you distribute the binary. And nobody else. The copyright holder can sue for infringement but can't compel the infringer to give the copyright holder a copy of the source code. He can compel the infringer to give the source code to the person to whom he gave the binary.
Hopefully this parses better.
