Oooops!  That's true, but please everyone remember that OSI does not
evaluate licenses from a legal perspective.  Some licenses are written
by lawyers and others are not.  Only your own lawyer can evaluate a
license for you.  So don't treat approval by OSI as if there is a legal
blessing upon the license.
