History lesson:  Bruce wrote the DFSG, then removed one or two bits of
Debian-specific wording to create the OSD.  The Board has made only a
couple of minor tweaks to the OSD, since.

That having been said, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is welcome to ask on
[EMAIL PROTECTED] whether his draft licence (if any) is
DFSG-compliant.  As one of the regulars, I look forward to seeing him
there.
