The idea is that anyone can write whatever the hell they want about os & fs without editorial control other than other participants, use it as project news, bitch about something, praise something, be politically incorrect etc etc etc. They're only asked to organize nicely.
Any wiki fans are welcome to help organize or solicit contributors.
