Their FAQ (http://www.affero.org/oagf.html) mentions that the license
"should" be compatible with GPL 3.0, and may be used as a replacement.
 However, I haven't found any information on GPL 3.0 anywhere, so I
have no idea about the validity of their claims.

Perhaps someone here would know?
