It's easy to refer to people as being of "some type", and to dismiss their comments or arguments as not being worthy of consideration because of "who they are" rather than "what they say".
I don't find the experience of having someone claim that I'm "blitzing this mailing list" with "chimaerical" arguments because of the operating systems I've used to be any more pleasant than I would find someone disagreeing with me because of the color of my skin. Prejudice isn't one of your prettier failings, Rick.
