I just fixed the issue in the current SVN. User status changes are marked only as USER_STATUS. For Phone Follow Me, ICQPhone, and Shared Directories, the status changes are sent with a subsignal of USER_PLUGIN_STATUS (just created this in r4638.

It's from the Mirabilis ICQ. It lets users know the physical location you are at. For example, if you use ICQ at home, work and a friend's house the phone number you can be reached at will differ (Who isn't using a cell phone these days??) and the "follow me" is that they can know how to reach you (via a land line or a cell phone if you have a different cell phone at each location [therefore reducing the convience of a cell phone]). Quite useless, but it is a plugin for ICQ.. so perhaps someday useful plugins will be released and we can support those easily.
