Oh, unknown UIN's, and the spams are often in the Cyrillic alphabet. I don't even read Russian. It's obvious they are spams because they include a URL, which would seem to be a way to prevent getting them; if an authorization request contains a URL, ignore it. Also, the name the sender uses often suggests it is a spam.
