This should only happen if you install both qt-gui and kde-gui. But then you 
would have the same problem with skins, icons etc.

Maybe we should change kde-gui to install its file in /usr/share/licq/kde-gui? 
Wouldn't solve the problem with two desktop files, but that could be solved 
by renaming licq.desktop to licq-kde.desktop and licq-qt.desktop.

The german translation is one of the translations that are 100% complete. I'm 
guessing your systems isn't properly detected as german. What is the output 
from the locale command?
