Well, there are 2 types of versions being reported. v10 is the client <-> server version it seems. TCP version is for direct messaging and such. Up until now, there has been only v8 for TCP. v10 in the client to server part has been around for quite some time. If you remember the va bug. It was displayed in hex for a lil while.
