There might be plugins which are nice-to-have, but do not necessarily need to
be loaded for licq running. If, for example, the OSD plugin fails loading,
licq can still start and offer me the qt frontend. Of course, it is not
running perfectly, but I would like licq to be running without a plugin which
is not mandatory rather than not starting at all.
