Yes, all plugins are loaded, created and run in the same way. Or as I like to put it: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all plugins are created equally, that they are endowed by their Daemon with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are PluginId, Message queue and a separate thread of execution."
