If you want, I can move trac.licq.org to my server. Probably can do svn.licq.org as well. I have a 1Gbps fiber connection to my house (100 Mbps up/down limit) and have a pretty good uptime. Will be getting a UPS soon as well. Let me know if I can help make it a smooth transition.
