You should be getting e-mails with instructions on how to sign into the @licq.org accounts. There is a CNAME record, so you can just access http://mail.licq.org and also http://start.licq.org THe e-mail on my server has been restarted and is no longer redirecting through fanfic.org. It is still down and that is why it wasn't sending. Should fix the line break issues with google groups as well. I see the e-mail is tricking through now... should be ok now.
