You can try to run the sidclean.sh that is with Licq http://www.licq.org/browser/trunk/licq/bin/sidclean.sh It will remove all the server side ID's that get stored locally, so Licq will be forced to redownload them. By default there are 3 groups made automatically on the server side (Family, Friends, Coworkers). Did she ever delete these groups?
