I have already posted this in the licq IRC channel yesterday. And now I just made a little fix. It was not a bug but certain inaccuracy when detecting some Miranda IM variants.
So the patch licq_20080508.patch brings to licq changes in clients detection mechanism. My licq can discern most of the known clients now. To make this I also added handling of clients short capabilities. All the techniques were taken from "Miranda IM" ICQ plugins and "SIM IM" and were heavily remade. The second patch just shows how qt-gui would work with client version info. At least I think this variant is more comfortable to use then that one used by default.
