It's been another year and since not much is happening right now I think
this is a good time to release Licq 1.3.7 to make some more features and
bug fixes available to our users.
I believe that the current trunk as stable enough for a release as it is
right now so unless anyone objects I propose to make the first release
candidate for 1.3.7 within a few days and two weeks after that make the
final release (or RC2 if needed).
If anyone have any comments or additions on how the release is made,

And as always, this is a good time for translators to make their
contributions. Especially the Qt4-Gui have a lot of incomplete translations.
