Since everything seems quiet and the master branch has some undelivered
goodies I think it's time to make a Licq 1.8.0 delivery.
As there usually is nothing happening after the release candidates are
made available, I thought this time I would just make the final delivery
at once. If anything is broken, we can fix it with 1.8.1 instead.
So unless anyone objects, I will make Licq 1.8.0 in two weeks.
Feel free to update translations and similar before then.
