Has anybody already seen such a restrictive firewall? Even the ftp port is closed from
10am to 10pm.

Same thing for ports 1,21,80,443,8080 and others i tried.Does somebody have a project about implementing the 'http proxy' icq's option in licq? (I can only do the "hello world" thing and cannot help much...)
