I'm getting the following error when trying to make qt-gui...

I can't locate a kapplication.h anywhere, nor does it seem to be packaged 
anywhere in LinuxMandrake 8.1...

I have the following versions of libqt installed...
libqt2-2.3.1-14mdk
libqt2-devel-2.3.1-14mdk

These *should* (AFAIK) satisfy the dependancy requirements of the qt-gui 
plugin, and I *have* been able to compile this plugin before.

I'm using the sourceforge CVS version as at 1:57pm, 21/1/02 (GMT+11)...
