Big thanks to Jon Keating for including my previous patches. Now I post
new patch, which add to licq generic proxy layer and support for connecting
via HTTPS proxy server (see Network tab in Options). socks5 proxy code don't
use new proxy layer yet, so do NOT check "Use proxy server" if you use socks.
I remove unused socks5 related code from licq_icqd.h and optionsdlg.cpp,
because I think in future socks code need to be rewrited with using generic
proxy layer. But socks5 code seems work with my changes. Also now easy to add
support of socks4 or wingate proxy servers, if this still needed.
This code is not quite stable yet, error handling don't work properly, but
in general this proxy code seems work, so, please test this, and send me
comments.
