Hi!
Seems you might have QT but not the correct version. What version of QT
do you have? and make sure you have the development libraries.

in Debian (what I'm running)  I would simply, as root, type  apt-get
update; apt-get install libqt3-dev   ( or maybe libqt2-dev)    that
would give me the correct libraries.
