Direct conection to MS PROXY don't work for me.
Using SQUID->MS PROXY yes, with this patch only:
My SQUID return:
HTTP/1.1 200 (with 2 spaces). If I append extra space character in line
233 from proxy.cpp, I can connect without troubles.
