This has been a problem for a long time that has yet to be fixed, for
reasons I don't really understand.  Whenever I see a message doesn't go
through right away, I just hit cancel, check send through server, and
send again.  I don't know why this can't be detected automatically.  It
generally works fine, aside from those dropped messages.

I don't usually correspond with anyone on ICQ long enough for them to
notice. Sadly, because of how much AOL sucks, all of my contacts are
dumping ICQ for MSN... :/
