Today I commit some changes to licq CVS tree.
In the first, I cleanup recieving online and offline messages code, and add
support of Web Panel and Email Pager messages (thanks to Juan F. Codagnone
for his patch). New code seems work, but please test it and send me reports
if something dont't work, that work before my changes.
In the second, I add more correctly parser of HTTP proxy returning codes.
Who had problems with some proxy servers try again with this changes. Also
I add verbose report of proxy errors to logfile.
