We need to resend the visible list after processing the
ICQ_SNACxLIST_ROSTxREPLY (new users are not there because the rost reply
generaly comes after )
By the way...i needed to use ICQ_SNACxLIST_REQUESTxROST2 to request the
list. ICQ_SNACxLIST_REQUESTxROST should be used only if o->GetSSCheck() &&
o->GetSSCount() is true. If you send ROST with time 0 you don't get a
reply.
