I reset all account info by moving ~/.licq to ~/.licq.old and recreated all acount settings. When i did this everything worked fine (before i did this it prompted about an invalid key file). The only catch is, i clicked on save settings, and it gave an error about not being able to find the [startup] section of the licq_qt-gui.conf file. I manually edited the file to put a blank line before the heading [startup], clicked save again and it worked fine with now error.
I have not looked in the code to see what changed to cause this, i just know what i did to fix it. It appears to be a bug in the parser for the config file , if i had to guess.
