You can download rpms from the download section of http://www.licq.org too. (RPM is the format used by some major distributions like Red Hat to distribute binaries.) Most distributions provide binaries for licq so you should also be able to get them from one of the mirrors for your distro. In fact, I would recommend getting software from your distribution vendor when possible. Additionally, some words of advice on posting to mailing lists. 1. Please use a descriptive subject. Some people get a lot of mail and this allows them to find the messages they're interested in quickly. For instance you could have used a subject like "location licq binaries?" It also helps to identify related messages. 2. Use reply when following up to a previous message.
