Hello there! At first a big compliment for licq! It's really a very nice useable software and the best icq solution for linux i've seen as yet. Ok, my problem now :-) I've download the latest CVS Snaphost, has compiled it including the QT-Plugin with KDE Support and all shines working right. But there is a "feature" which is for me a "bad feature": Every time if i connect, licq will Download the Userlist from the icqs servers. Ok, for the most people ok, but i using the under windows the old 2000b version (more stable and need no so much resources) and had only testet the 2002 version before three months. Now there are the two following problems: 1. licq will always download the "old" three - four months old contact list 2. there's no option to disable the download function
There's anyone who know how i can disable the download function or it's maybe possible to implement an checkbox "Download Contact List from ICQ Servers" ?
