Sorry, if this was already discussed here. I've noticed that licq doesn't
close listening socket for direct connections when put offline by user or
kicked out by icq server. Is it wise ? It seems more conservative and
secure to close the socket.
This is licq 1.1.0 of March 15. Again, sorry if this doesn't apply to more
current versions.
