I named some groups in Russian on machine with Win98 Second Edition
inside. When I loaded licq at work (snapshot from 10 or 11 July 2002), I
saw some groups with names in Unicode. I expect names of groups in
locale I use. My OS at work is Debian GNU Linux stable (woody), I use qt
gui and XFree 3.3.6
